Race Dates and Eligibility

The corresponding MotoGP weekend will be Nov. 6-8 while Formula 1 action will be Nov. 27-29. Candidates age must be at least 18 years and must be Qatari nationality or resident of Qatar in Qatar.

As part of the programme, the participants are given the chance to help out in the circuit during two big international motorsport events. Tasks will be based on event requirements and choosing.

Volunteer Roles and Training

The roles might involve spectator related activities, events management, media support, marketing, fanzone coordination, logistics, ticketing and sustainability activities. These positions are responsible for the management of visitors and on-going operations at the venues.

Candidates will then be informed about the necessary onboarding procedures and training, which will include safety, technical, and customer service training, once their applications are received and their applications are short-listed. Volunteers are prepared for the crowd of many international racers.

How to Apply?

Interested persons are invited to register via the official Lusail International Circuit’s (LISC) volunteer platform until October 18. Each applicant should show when they are able to attend during one or both weekends of the races.

The selected candidates would be directly contacted regarding selection details and training process. Please make sure to look at emails for up/dates of post-registration selection.
