qatar t100 kick off run returns for 2026

The Qatar T100 Kick Off Run shall restart in Lusail Boulevard, in Doha, on Thursday, December 10th, 2026. The community event will form part of the Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final weekend, attracts participants of all fitness levels and sets the tone for the next three days of sporting events.

Two Distances Offer Options for Every Runner

There is an option to take part in a 5km run or a shorter 1km run. The 5km is a more demanding route for those that want to go the distance, while the 1km route happens to be ideal for children, families and inexperienced runners. Focused primarily on participation and enjoyment, in this community run, participants do not have to compete in competition.

Qatar T100 Weekend Features Major Races

The Kick Off Run kicks off from December 10 to 12 and is filled with exciting events. The sprint triathlon and Women’s T100 World Championship Final are among activities planned for Friday. Far more high level athletes will be competing Saturday with age-group world championships, the 100km triathlon and the Men’s T100 World Championship Final.

Qatar T100Advice to Registered Persons

Those wishing to run are strongly encouraged to enroll in advance on the official T100 Triathlon Qatar website. For race weekends, learning to register early may assist participants in ensuring they have their race number, sweatshirts and other event-related items ready in advance.

The event will take place in Lusail Boulevard with two accessible distances and be brightened by the atmosphere of family-friendly sporting events and running enthusiasts, to be part of Qatar’s international sporting events.
