The superstar can be seen on January 20 at The Sevens Stadium. Doors open at 4 pm and the concert begins at 7 pm. If you can’t find your booking confirmation email, check the junk or spam folder. You can also contact the customer services hotline – 04 4573212.

In busy periods, confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. But if you have a booking confirmation but no ticket yet, don’t worry, it’s coming. You will get your enter-giving document within 48 hours of the concert.

There are free shuttle services, running every 15 minutes from 3:30 pm until 7:30 pm, between Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Centrepoint Metro Station in Dubai. There is also a complimentary Abu Dhabi service operating to the Stadium from the Khalidiya Parking Lot.

Everything you must know about return journey

If you are confused about the return journey, there is a return shuttle too, available for Dh30 per person. The buses run from the stadium to Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Centrepoint Metro Station, operating every 15 minutes or as and when full, between 10:30 pm and 1 am.

The return shuttle service is also available from The Sevens Stadium to Khalidiyah Parking Lot. Nonetheless, if you prefer to drive, that’s absolutely fine as there is free parking for ticket holders at the venue’s parking lot. You can download the Zofeur app for designated drivers.
