Discover Recycled Paper Art At Al Jalila Centre’s ‘Out of Paper’ Exhibition
There’s an awesome art exhibition called “Out of Paper” happening at the Al Jalila Centre in Dubai. It’s all about sustainability and art, and it’s super interesting.
18 talented artists have used recycled paper to create some mind-blowing artwork. They’ve made everything from delicate sculptures to huge installations.
One of the highlights is a giant chandelier made from over 10,000 recycled paper cups, created by Emirati artist Ali Al Shamsi.
The Indian artist Anjana Krishnaswamy has a massive paper installation that explores the connection between humans and nature. It’s like a paper wonderland.
Another artist, Nizar Ali Badr, has made paper portraits that tell the stories of refugees who fled the conflict in Syria. It’s a touching and powerful way to express their experiences.
Then there’s Afra Al Suwaidi, who crafted a paper sculpture of a traditional Emirati house. It’s all about exploring heritage and identity, which is super cool.
