Bringing a stronger Hallyu tide, hugely successful Korean series Squid Game has just released the trailer for its second season. The official clip uploaded by Netflix on YouTube has already been seen by more than 1.14 million people.

Squid Game Season 2 is releasing on the streaming platform on December 26. Lee Jung-jae, popular for his iconic role of Seong Gi-hun aka Player 456 in Season 1, is set to return and face the deadly game once again.
In the second part of the Korean thriller, Jung-jae’s character is completely determined to end the Squid Game and save innocent lives. He tries to protect the other 455 players but his efforts tragically fall short as chaos erupts and bullets start pouring on the contestants.
Gi-hun has given up going to the US. He has come back to dive into the mysterious survival game for a second time. Squid Game is a life-or-death game that sees hundreds of contestants compete for a sizeable cash prize.
