British superstar Ed Sheeran is in Dubai, bringing his +-=÷× Mathematics Tour to the emirate’s The Sevens Stadium on January 19 and 20. Tickets for the outdoor event went on sale on November 10 and were almost sold out in less than a couple of weeks.

But there is some good news if you didn’t manage to get your tickets sorted. There are a few seats available for all last-minute Sheerios, including Reserved Cushioned Seating Front (Dh1,195), Reserved Cushioned Seating Upper (Dh995), and Regular Standing Floor (Dh595).

Issues concerning confirmation emails

The superstar can be seen on January 20 at The Sevens Stadium. Doors open at 4 pm and the concert begins at 7 pm. If you can’t find your booking confirmation email, check the junk or spam folder. You can also contact the customer services hotline – 04 4573212.

In busy periods, confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. But if you have a booking confirmation but no ticket yet, don’t worry, it’s coming. You will get your enter-giving document within 48 hours of the concert.

Details on shuttle services

There are free shuttle services, running every 15 minutes from 3:30 pm until 7:30 pm, between Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Centrepoint Metro Station in Dubai. There is also a complimentary Abu Dhabi service operating to the Stadium from the Khalidiya Parking Lot.

Everything you must know about return journey

If you are confused about the return journey, there is a return shuttle too, available for Dh30 per person. The buses run from the stadium to Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Centrepoint Metro Station, operating every 15 minutes or as and when full, between 10:30 pm and 1 am.

The return shuttle service is also available from The Sevens Stadium to Khalidiyah Parking Lot. Nonetheless, if you prefer to drive, that’s absolutely fine as there is free parking for ticket holders at the venue’s parking lot. You can download the Zofeur app for designated drivers.

Does Ed Sheeran’s concert in Dubai have age restrictions?

There are age restrictions. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In terms of the identity documents accepted at the concert, you can show your current original driver’s licence, current or recently expired original passport, or an original Emirates ID.

Can tickets be resold or transferred?

Finally, Ed Sheeran Mathematics Tour in Dubai tickets cannot be resold or transferred. A lead purchaser’s name is required at the time of buying the tickets and this person must show up for the entire group to be allowed to enter the concert.
