Qatar’s Media Sector Gains Momentum With 100+ Registrations at Web Summit 2025

During Web Summit Qatar 2025, Media City Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre Registered 100+ Businesses through their partnership. In January 2024 media firms can get registered through Media City Qatar without any costs for their initial four years of operation. Media City Qatar enables approved companies to simplify registration by using the Qatar Financial Centre procedures to begin their authorized business operations.

The partnerships with new business partners will enhance industry performance by bringing unique perspectives and professional backgrounds according to Eng. Jassim Mohamed Al Khori. Media City Qatar’s initiative helps Qatar National Vision reach its goals by growing knowledge-based businesses and promoting media and innovation worldwide.

Media City Qatar supported the Media Village at the summit and let over 600 international media professionals connect while presenting their operations at the Startup Qatar Pavilion. The organization formed a strategic collaboration with Huawei to build its smart media campus initiative under their MoU.
