Federica Garcia Dons Rami Al-Ali’s Elegant Gown in Venice

Spanish actress Federica Garcia graced the 80^th Venice International Film Festival in Syrian designer Rami Al-Ali’s elegant gown. The debutant who stars in A Cielo Abierto looked mesmerizing in the strapless couture gown, adorned with exquisite gold embellishments. 

Al Ali’s designs resonate with creative artistry and modern elegance. His works are highly sought after by global celebrities with the likes of Beyonc Knowles, Eva Longoria, Jennifer Lopez, Aishwarya Rai, Chanel Iman, Nawal Al Kuwaitia, and Naomi Campbell, among others. 

Rami Al Ali has helped celebrities look glamorous and chic at international festivals like the Cannes Film Festival. And now, Garcia donned his elegant gown for the red carpet at the Venice International Film Festival, where she attended the premiere of “Poor Things”. 

Garcia’s A Cielo Abierto, a debut feature of Mexican filmmakers Mariana and Santiago Arriaga, is a coming-of-age road movie. It is about two teen brothers who want to avenge their father’s death in a road accident. Their stepsister, played by Garica, joins them but is initially unaware about their intentions. However, she joins them in their vengeance. 

Mariana and Santiago Arriage’s film is set in northern Mexico’s Coahuila desert and is based on the original screenplay by their Oscar-nominated father, Guillermo Arriaga. A Cielo Abierto won good reviews at the Venice International Film Festival which began on August 30.

The annual event was also a fashionate event, with celebrities showing off their finest gowns and suits. Sydney Sweeney, the Euphoria star, graced the red carpet in a pink summer dress, Adriana Lima showed off in a black gown at the premiere of The Killer, while actress Dominique Fishback wore a polka dot two-piece, and Patrick Dempsey looked dapper in a dark tuxedo by Brunello Cucinelli, with wife looking stunning in a strapless ivory dress with a leather jacket.
