Here are the 6 major attractions in Dubai closing for summer 2025
Dubai’s famous and popular outdoor activities, places and spots are shutting down for the summer heatwave predictions. While some are closing their doors for seasonal maintenance and temporarily closing for renovations.
The gradual shut down of outdoor places and popular activity sites is a seasonal one for summer precautions and for their own maintenance purposes. Here are the 6 places that are already closed or expected to close their doors this summer 2025.
Dubai Fountain
The final show of the infamous Dubai Fountain, a huge public attraction located right at the heart of the bustling city was on 9 April 2025. Known for the synchronised light and water show, the spot is closing doors for improvements and maintenance, including for the Abra rides.
The planned reopening for the Dubai Fountain by the Dubai Mall is October 2025.

Global Village
Shutting doors on 11 May 2025, the massive outdoor attraction that hosts thousands of people that transports into a world of adventure and games will be open for visitors as the Global Village Season 29 will be the last for the year.

Garden Glow
This whimsical and extravagant theme park will wrap up their 10th season in Dubai of entertaining families and kids soon. The park shut down on 6 April 2025 after being open from September of 2024.

Ripe Market
One of the busiest and thriving market spaces in Dubai that lets you in on some of the fresh produce, local fashion and products and artisanal goods straight from the artists and farmers to the customers has shut down on 11 May 2025.

Miracle Garden
Gather around and plan a beautiful and serene trip to the Miracle Garden with your friends and family to enjoy the flower structures and the handmade artistic exhibitions of mother nature before the doors close on 15 June 2025.

Dubai Safari Park
Yet another popular tourist spot and attraction, the wild life themed Dubai Safari Park will shut down for maintenance and renovations for the public from 1 June 2025, this summer.
