Tanweer Sacred Music Festival: A First-of-its-Kind 3-Day Event

Tanweer Sacred Music Festival will take participants on an inner journey of self-discovery through the transcendent power of sacred music. The three-day event will help participants deepen their connection to their cultural roots and explore new ways of being. 

Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi, the Founder and Guardian of Ancient Wisdom, explained that Tanweer means enlightenment, a meeting of minds and hearts. She said it will bring together the keepers of wisdom to raise collective frequency and connect to the past. 

Tanweer Sacred Music Festival, which will be held from November 24 to 26, will feature some of the biggest names in the music world. Participants will enjoy cultural reverent performances – an unforgettable experience. 

A First-of-its-kind Event

Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi, touts Tanweer Sacred Music Festival to be the region’s first-of-its kind event. She says people of all walks of life are welcome to witness and discover the truly transforming experience, unlike anything ever seen. There will be talented musicians, immersive art installations, craft-market, food stalls, mind and body wellness activities and workshops for everyone. 

She said Tanweer Sacred Music Festival wants to bring people closer in an ever-disconnecting world to their heritage, and diverse cultures. “Tanweer’s aim is to rediscover and celebrate our ancient wisdom through the beauty of culturally rich music, that evokes our global heritage and preserves our customs.” 

The festival celebrates shared humanity and unity, which will be enhanced by laser projection mapping projected onto the dunes and mountains. It will create a visual and auditory spectacle.
