Dubai Announces New Truck Restrictions on Major Roads From October 1

Dubai is going to tighten truck movement rules on major roads from October 1, 2026, according to the announcement outlined in the supplied brief. 24-Hour Truck Restrictions

Some of the busiest roads are reported to be completely closed to big rigs during the day in accordance with the schedule. They are Al Qudra Street, Al Meydan Street, marine bridges and Airport Tunnel.

RTA had already stated that there will be traffic restrictions throughout the year on a number of busy streets such as Al Qudra Street, Meydan Street and Airport Tunnel. 16-Hour Daily Ban
