The biggest sports event in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Games, is scheduled to start from November 26 to December 10. More than 6,000 male and female athletes will take part in these games.

The athletes are preparing very hard to win in 53 different sports, including special games for Paralympic sports, and youth games.

Saudi Games is offering a huge prize money for the winners, which is a total of more than 200 million riyals. Gold medal winners will get 1 million riyals, silver winners will get 300,000 riyals, and bronze winners will get 100,000 riyals. 

If we talk about the Young champions, they will be offered 100,000 riyals for gold, 50,000 riyals for silver, and 25,000 riyals for bronze respectively.

The organizers of the Saudi Games are trying to make these games even better than past years. Last time, the event was a big success, and this time they again want to make it even more amazing. 

There is no official announcement about the venue and schedule of the games yet. Last year, they visited several places and traveled thousands of kilometers to promote these games.

The Saudi Games are really important for the gulf region. They’re making a new identity for Saudi Arabia in the sports sector. 

The participating organizations are building new sports places in Riyadh. They are also training many people to be good at organizing, managing, and playing sports. They’re also adding more sports to clubs and trying to involve more players.

Last year Saudi Games lasted for 11 days, and they had over 200 clubs from all over Saudi Arabia. They competed in 45 different sports, including paralympic games for the disabled people with disabilities. The clubs had won big prizes in the tournaments.

Sports for All & Other Activities

The “Sports for All” tours are some significant activities connected to the Saudi Games. They go to schools and organize sports programs with help from the Ministry of Education. 

These programs include things like football tournaments, running races, as well as Muay Thai training. The goal is to reach students in their schools and get them interested in sports. 

They even have fun competitions between students and give out medals and prizes. It’s all about promoting sports and fitness in a fun way, especially for school kids.

Preparations For Saudi Games
