Under the tutelage of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, it has now become a one-stop digital lifestyle platform that gathers over 40 new services offered by 24 government agencies. The app now makes it effortless to book event tickets, access digital IDs, and get the much-needed tourism information, whether you are a Saudi citizen, resident, GCC national, or international visitor.

The new addition caters to the Saudi government’s digital transformation initiative, enabling users to access and provide a variety of services for the government and lifestyle purposes without having to switch between different applications.

Register Your Tawakkalna Account

Saudi citizens and residents from other countries can access it by logging in with Absher or National ID/Iqama information.

Visitors as well as GCC nationals can register with their passport number, date of birth and nationality. Once SMS verified, users can avail of the ever-expanding services of the SMS app without delay.

Explore Saudi Arabia with Tourism Features

The luxurious feature which has been added is the built-in vacation part. The users can access the Saudi Tourism Authority’s services, and check out the destination guides for Riyadh, Diriyah, AlUla, Jeddah Historic District, Asir and many others from within the Entities tab.

Users can also check if the properties listed on the app are licensed by the General Authority for Real Estate as well meaning tourists can book their hotel accommodations with a greater sense of security.

Book Events Through Saudi Events Integration

But today, with the integration of the Saudi Events platform, it has become easier to discover and attend events with Tawakkalna. Use the feeds on the homepage to view a variety of concerts, sports and entertainment events, including family opportunities and festivals, across the Kingdom. 

Individual users can narrow down what’s going on in the city and what category of events they want to buy tickets for before they actually buy from the app. Tickets bought in the app are automatically stored in Digital Wallet where you can scan them easily at the venue’s entrance gate.

Manage Everyday Services Digitally

The app has thus become a formidable Digital Utility application for day-to-day life. Familiar documents such as your Iqama, driver’s license, vehicle registration, health insurance card are available in electronically lawful copies in the Digital Wallet.

Other services include the ability to view traffic fines, update your ‘National Address’, sign up to become an organ donor, and use SOS functions in emergencies. Many of the features enable users to perform activities, without being equipped with physical documents.

The new My Resume tool can transform official government records of education and employment into a digital CV ready for professionals to share.

The users are also able to access the employment related facilities, educational verification, and other administrative facilities without visiting multiple government portals.
