EA Sports has launched ‘F1 25’ the newest version of its Formula 1 racing series with a release date of May 30, 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. This year’s game adds significant gameplay enhancements, an expanded story mode and exclusive pre-order bonuses.
The popular Braking Point story mode makes its return with a third chapter following the fictional team Konnersport as it vies for championship glory. The mode also now includes adjustable levels of difficulty, offering some accessibility for newcomers but remaining challenging enough for experienced players.
Formula 1 25 has improved the realism of the circuits using LIDAR technology that makes the tracks feel more vivid and detailed than ever before. Gamers can experience the excitement of Formula 1’s biggest driver reshuffle which includes Lewis Hamilton’s spectacular transfer to Ferrari.

The Standard Edition featuring Oscar Piastri, Carlos Sainz and Oliver Bearman on the cover includes an F1 75 Celebration Pack, an F1 World Starter Pack and 5,000 PitCoin.
The Iconic Edition with Lewis Hamilton on the cover has bonus F1 24 liveries, Hamilton themed items, APXGP story chapters inspired by the forthcoming ‘F1’ movie that release after launch and early access from May 27. Selected areas will also end up with a one month F1 TV Pro subscription.
