Ramadan in Dubai: Expect extended mall hours and special outdoor markets
People in the UAE have started celebrating the holy month of Ramadan 2025 from March 1. Dubai has announced a series of special events for the period. The city is going to host pop-up events to help people break the fast.
Outdoor markets are a big hit during Ramadan in Dubai. From March 6 to March 23, head to the Ramadan at the Park event at Zabeel Park Amphitheatre. The opening hours are from 5 pm to midnight from Mondays to Thursdays and an hour longer on the remaining days.
The Ramadan District Market is returning from March 8 until March 23. It is the perfect place for cultural entertainment, shopping and food. You can also head to a Hai Ramadan pop-up at Expo City, featuring camel rides, special dining and entertainment.
During the holy month of Ramadan, many shopping malls in Dubai are embracing different opening hours. The exact timings differ depending on each venue and in-house cafes and restaurants. Keep an eye out for more details.
