Ossiano at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), gets entry to the
World’s 100 Best Restaurants, according to a report.

Recently, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 revealed the list of the top 100 best restaurants.

The report showed a list of venues and restaurants ranked from 51st to 100th. On the list,
Ossiano at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, was ranked the 87th best restaurant in the world.
According to reports, Ossiano’s head chef Gregoire Berger said, “To be considered one of the top 100 dining experiences in the world and to be among so many amazing professionals is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the team’s relentless hard work.”

Ossiano at Atlantis is located on Crescent Road – The Palm Jumeirah – Dubai – United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is one of the best underwater seafood restaurants in Dubai. The menu is
guided by Chef Gregoire Berger, and is inspired by the oceans and seas. The restaurant serves an 11-wave tasting menu called Metanoia. The design, from the kitchen to the restaurant floor, also looks perfect.

According to The National, an umami dashi dish is served in a delicate whelk shell. The
ingredients to make the dishes are sourced from the ocean. Another dish called Late Afternoon Walks Through the Woods is extremely popular. It offers pure white truffles and artichokes. In 2022, Ossiano was also honoured with one Michelin star during the Michelin Guide’s debut in Dubai, a city in the UAE. In 2019, Chef Gregoire Berger was recognised at the Best Chef Awards. He was named the 49th best chef on the list.

William Drew, director of content for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, said, “We are happy to see restaurants from so many new locations appear on the extended list for the first time this year.”
