Kim Kardashian Sends Chills Down Spines About Her Appearance in ‘American Horror Story’

“It’s gonna be goooooooooddd!!! And scary”, Kim Kardashian told fans as she teased her upcoming appearance in American Horror Story (AHS), season 12. The reality TV star said it’s the most fun she has had in a while.

Kim Kardashian told fans that she has seen people talking about the show. “It’s been a while since I’ve been on Twitter. I always see you guys talking about the show and never know when to tweet…but let’s talk about whatever you guys want! I’m bored lol.” She teased fans saying AHS will be good and scary. “It’s the most fun! I’m having the best time.”

The Skims founder leads Ryan Murphy’s horror anthology opposite Emma Roberts. The director/producer believes Kim Kardashian is one of the biggest and brightest television stars in the world. “Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture.” Murphy told US Magazine that Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and terrifying role especially for Kim. He highlighted Season 12 of American Horror Story as ambitious, unlike anything they have ever done. Emma Roberts also commended her new co-star on Instagram saying “This summer, Kim and I are DELICATE”, alongside a teaser clip.

However, Kim Kardashian has also been criticized for taking up AHS. Patti LuPone, who has starred on AHS, had expressed distaste on Watch What Happens Live when told that Kim was going to star in season 12. “Excuse me, excuse me, Kim. What are you doing with your life?” Even legendary actress Sharon Stone felt the same. “Well, you know…acting may not be brain surgery but we do treasure our art. We studied, we suffered, we do suffer for it. Ten thousand hours; it’s a thing.” 

But she defended herself and revealed she had been taking “acting classes” to prepare for her role. “It’s a challenge. I like to challenge myself.” Kim shared it has been really fun to step outside the comfort zone and try something new. “I’m so excited for the experience.”
