Etihad US Preclearance Lounge at Zayed International airport to enhance experience for passengers

The UAE airline opened its Etihad US Preclearance Lounge at Zayed International airport on December 30, enhancing the travel experience for passengers in the US. It is located near the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility.

The US Preclearance Lounge marks another milestone in Etihad’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for its guests. The thoughtfully designed facility features a refined selection of beverages and light dining options.

Select flights also offer the convenience of direct boarding from the Preclearance Lounge. The space can be accessed by guests travelling in The Residence, First or Business, and Platinum and Emerald Etihad Guest members, among others.
