Etihad US Preclearance Lounge at Zayed International airport to enhance experience for passengers

Formed in 2003, Etihad, the national airline of the UAE, quickly became one of the leading global airlines. From its home, Etihad flies to scores of passenger and cargo destinations in the Middle East and countries on other continents.

Etihad currently addresses needs of passengers in 4 US destinations. It is offering non-stop flights to Boston, Chicago and others. The airline is also planning to expand to other locations in the country this year, further strengthening its commitment to the market.

The UAE airline opened its Etihad US Preclearance Lounge at Zayed International airport on December 30, enhancing the travel experience for passengers in the US. It is located near the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility.

The US Preclearance Lounge marks another milestone in Etihad’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for its guests. The thoughtfully designed facility features a refined selection of beverages and light dining options.

Select flights also offer the convenience of direct boarding from the Preclearance Lounge. The space can be accessed by guests travelling in The Residence, First or Business, and Platinum and Emerald Etihad Guest members, among others.
