Dubai ranks first in Middle East in GPCI for second time

In an annual study released by Japan’s Mori Memorial Foundation, the index highlights Dubai’s position as an increasingly strong financial and talent hub. HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed attributed this ranking to the leadership’s efforts.
