Now the shoppers of Dubai have an opportunity to make their Eid shopping a life-changing experience. The story of the newly launched “Win Your Home in Dubai,” campaign is officially kicking off from 22nd May till 30th August 2026, allowing the citizens and visitors to Dubai to win a studio apartment and a grand 2 bedroom apartment in Dubai.

Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) in partnership with Dubai Chambers is handling the campaign. This promotion is city-wide, and there are over 3500 outlets participating in it, taking place in different hubs of shopping throughout Dubai, as opposed to the traditional promotions from the malls which take place in one place.

What is the “Win Your Home in Dubai” Raffle?

The aim of the raffle is to create a big retail initiative that will entice visitors to spend at least AED 500 from a selection of participating outlets, and also to give the community a chance to win some property in Dubai. Binghatti Developers are providing the Apartments and will be allotted 11 studios and 1 X 2 grand prize for the duration of the Campaign.

Customers will need to scan the official campaign QR code that will be set up at participating stores for them to be eligible. The shoppers can add another name to the raffle for each valid receipt.

Dubai’s Major Mega Malls Participating in the Campaign

It is a promotion hosting some of Dubai’s biggest and busiest shopping centres. There are hundreds of brands represented in these malls that span across various categories of fashion, electronics, food etc., and even some lifestyle brands.

Shoppers can qualify at various places such as The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall. Over the next few weeks, these locations will see you racing with hundreds of thousands of Eid shoppers to these places.

Full List of City Centre Malls Included

The campaign is well embedded across the entire Majid Al Futtaim retail eco- system. This essentially will make it easier for customers to buy everyday to enter an apartment.

Municipalities that participate are City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, City Centre Me’aisem, City Centre Al Shindagha and My City Centre Al Barsha.

Waterfront and Outdoor Shopping Destinations

The citywide raffle is also open to outdoor lifestyle destinations. Visitors who eat or shop in these areas while visiting may still be eligible, so long as the retailer has been registered in the campaign by an official organization.

Some of the most sought after lifestyle destinations for participation are Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Festival City Mall, The Beach at JBR, Al Khawaneej Walk, City Walk, Bluewaters Island, Nakheel Mall, The Pointe.

Outlet Malls and Discount Shopping Centers Included

There is also a campaign for “budget-minded shoppers. Major outlets and discount retail centers in Dubai have also been stumping up for a chance to catch a fish.Dubai’s big shop outlet stores, especially for Eid sales, are also biding time for the exciting chance to get a good fish.

Dubai Outlet Mall, The Outlet Village and Dragon Mart customers that make a purchase from participating brands with the official raffle QR code may qualify.

Important Rules Shoppers Must Follow

Must require the minimum spend of AED 500 in one transaction, on one receipt. Several smaller receipts cannot be added up for an entry.

If you always confirm that the store is officially participating before paying the money, then you will always be sure of their status. You can easily verify by locating the “Win Your Home in Dubai” QR code signage near the cash counter or payment point on the premises.

One other benefit is the fact that early entries stay ahead of the entire campaign. This translates to constant participation in the weekly apartment draws until the end of the campaign in late August when they will be drawn again during the shopping period of Eid.
