DIFC dining

February 2026 marks a watershed moment for DIFC dining, as Dubai’s financial heart transforms into a global culinary stage. These five newcomers are transforming the concept of luxury gastronomy starting with historic Mayfair institutions to Vienna art-clubs.

London Legends Land in DIFC

The third wave, which is most expected to occur, involves three UK capital giants, and they will open their doors at the Gate Village.

Gymkhana

Bringing the glamour of colonial India’s social clubs to Dubai, the Michelin-starred Gymkhana arrives with its famous tandoori lamb chops and bold North Indian flavors. It will be the most difficult reservation that will be made this month.

Scott’s and Barrafina

Scott, the historic Mayfair oyster house which was launched in 1851, can now be enjoyed by seafood lovers as a representation of old-world elegance. Meanwhile, Barrafina debuts its marble-topped counters, serving the authentic Spanish tapas that made it a Soho cult favorite.

Art and Alchemy

Outside London, the district is receiving a contemporary touch with eclectic ideas all over Europe.

ZEA & DOTS

ZEA (Emirates Financial Towers) is built around a “fire and ice” concept of Mediterranean food based on the Greek word of grain. On the other hand, DOTS can be brought in the spirit of Vienna with its experimental atmosphere, where the Asian fusion of Asian and an art gallery feel is combined with the late-night atmosphere.
