Exclusive list just got bigger: YouTuber MrBeast climbs to the top of Burj Khalifa
Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast is one of the most subscribed YouTubers across the globe. His videos lure the attention of millions of people almost instantly. This time, he tested travel experiences in the price range from $1 to $500,000.
MrBeast is famous for his relentless pursuit of unique experiences. For the latest project, he climbed to the top of the tallest building globally – Burj Khalifa in Dubai. This became an interesting, challenging and terrifying experience, all at the same time.
Standing atop the building, the YouTuber noted: “I did it! I’m standing on top of the tallest building in the world.” He couldn’t resist a nervous laugh, stressing: “This is terrifying.” You need to go through the entire video to understand the motivation behind his move.
MrBeast enjoying Dubai’s extensive range of luxury offerings
The Burj Khalifa climb came as the cherry on the cake. The original video looked for different travel experiences – from $1 to $500,000. The budget-friendly option seems to be a brief camel ride. On the other end of the spectrum, MrBeast also did skydiving and supercar races.
He seems to thoroughly enjoyed Dubai’s extensive range of luxury offerings. Through his latest adventure, the YouTuber has joined an exclusive list of people. He has become the eighth person globally to scale Burj Khalifa.
The building and its 828 metres of height have earlier been scaled by Tom Cruise in 2010, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed in 2018, Nicole Smith-Ludvik in 2021, Will Smith in 2021, Sam Sunderland in 2022, and Alain Robert and Alexis Landot in 2023.
