1. 25hours – Trojena
Launched in 2017 by HH Mohammed bin Salman, NEOM is an urban area being built by Saudi Arabia. Ennismore is going to run the 25hours in Trojena, the first outdoor ski resort in the Kingdom. The hotel plans to offer a sci-fi-inspired architectural structure.
2. Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy – Sindalah
Luxury brand Marriott Bonvoy is bringing its signature apartments to Saudi Arabia for the first time in NEOM’s Sindalah. Set to open in 2024, these premium apartments are going to have a living room, full kitchen, a fitness centre and pool, among others.
3. Armani Hotel, Diriyah Gate
Armani Hotel promises to blend rich local history and the signature of the brand. Opening in Diriyah Gate soon, the property is going to have 70 rooms, a spa and a couple of restaurants, besides the surrounding heritage of Diriyah as the cherry on the top.
4. Autograph Collection Hotel – AlUla
The beautiful AlUla is bringing the first Autograph Collection property from Marriott in Saudi Arabia as soon as next year. Set to be located next to the AlUla Museum next to the farmer’s market, the property promises to offer 250 rooms and suites, and great food.
5. Canopy by Hilton Porta – Jeddah
Choose from 183 rooms and suites at Canopy by Hilton Porta Jeddah – although the property is also going to offer 55 residences, multiple restaurants, a fitness centre, an outdoor pool and brand boutiques for shopping. It’s also next to the Red Sea Mall.
