UAE Wins First Gold at IMMAF Youth World Championships 2025
Saif Alblooshi has once again made the UAE proud by winning the first gold medal for the country at the IMMAF Youth World Championships 2025 event being held in Al Ain.
On Wednesday, Alblooshi defeated Azizullo Mirzoev from Tajikistan in the final of the men’s Youth B (14–15 years) 40 kg category, which took place at the ADNEC Centre, Al Ain. The final had a lot of competitive energy in the venue, and Alblooshi displayed great control, skill, and focus, which led him to victory and earned him loud cheers and applause from the home crowd.
This was not Alblooshi’s first significant win. He won the same competition in 2023, so Alblooshi has now earned his second gold medal in the same weight category for the IMMAF Youth World Championships.
