President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in New Alamein City on Monday for a fraternal visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, where he was warmly received by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at El Alamein International Airport. The high-level meeting underscores the enduring friendship and strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
Upon his arrival, Sheikh Mohamed and President El-Sisi engaged in a warm and cordial exchange, highlighting the long-standing historical ties that bind their two nations. The warm reception extended to the UAE President reflected the deep mutual respect and affection between the leadership and peoples of both countries.
The leaders’ discussions focused on a wide range of topics, with particular emphasis on regional stability, security, and continued bilateral cooperation. This meeting adds to the growing list of frequent engagements between the two heads of state, who have previously met both in the UAE and Egypt.

President El-Sisi, in turn, emphasized the special place Sheikh Mohamed holds in Egypt, tracing back to the bonds laid down by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
The visit marks another step in strengthening diplomatic, economic, and security ties, as both nations continue to play key roles in addressing shared regional challenges through sustained dialogue and cooperation.
