The Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, and the Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands, Manasseh Sogavare, discussed ways to boost cooperation between the two countries.
Manasseh Sogavare came to Saudi Arabia on Friday. He was accompanied by a delegation from
the Solomon Islands. According to the Kingdom’s foreign ministry, the Solomon Islands PM is
on an official visit to Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan received the PM of the Solomon Islands on Friday. They also held a
meeting in Riyadh. Prince Faisal conveyed greetings from the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin
Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, to
the Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands.
Prince Faisal sent his best wishes to the government and the people of the Solomon Islands. They also discussed bilateral relations between the two countries. The two leaders also discussed ways to improve and develop joint cooperation in various fields. They went on to exchange views on international developments.

Prince Faisal and Manasseh Sogavare also agreed to increase joint coordination on various issues of mutual concern. They also discussed the possibility of economic cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the Solomon Islands under the Kingdom’s Vision 2023.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Hon. Jeremiah Manele, the Minister of
Finance and Treasury, Hon. Harry Kuma, the Minister of Mines, Energy and Rural
Electrification Hon. Bradley Tovosia and the Minister of National Planning and Development
Coordination, Hon. Rexon Ramofafia also arrived in the Kingdom on Friday. They held a meeting with the Red Sea Global Executives, which is a leading luxury ecotourism company
owned by the Public Investment Fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
