The much awaited Riyadh Season 2023, which begins on October 28, brings the most memorable entertainment experiences from across the world to the Gulf region. And the most anticipated event of this season is the “Riyadh Season Belt Fight”, which pitches Tyson Fury up against Francis Ngannou. 

What to Expect at Riyadh Season

Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA), said the 4th edition of the Riyadh Season will run under the slogan “Big Time”. Touted as one of the world’s largest winter entertainment event, Riyadh Season is a delight for foodies as they get to taste and enjoy a variety of food from around the world. 

It’s a city wide celebration, people get together to celebrate and experience the Saudi culture and hospitality. The event will create more than 200,000 direct and indirect jobs, and deploy about 2,000 local and international companies, in line with the kingdom’s ambitious Vision 2030 as Saudi Arabia shifts away from an oil-based economy. 

There will be activities to participate and experience at the Boulevard Hall. This infrastructure was built in just 60 days. It has integrated international artistic and technical standards, and can accommodate about 40,000 guests. 

Riyadh Season 2023 Will Have a New Look, Feel

This time around the Boulevard Hall has been updated with a new look, reflecting global experiences. The overall event will look and feel different, giving a “new experience”. Barbie has made it into Riyadh Season 2023 as it revives the brand’s history following the success of the Barbie movie. Participants can catch glimpses of Disney castle as the brand celebrates a centennial. There will be great shows, and famous animated Disney movies to enjoy. 

Riyadh Season 2023 also taps into advanced technology to deliver unique immersive experiences, like “Dancing Fountains”, “Cats n Cups”, and “House of Hype” among others. Football enthusiasts can take advantage of the “Legend Museum” which houses the first and largest museum in honor of the sports legends. Moreover, there are more than 30,000 rare artifacts to see. Cristiano Ronald fans can experience the star player’s exclusive museum, which gives an insight into his life. 

And for the fast and the furious, there’s an exhibition of luxury and rare cars.
