Qatar: Petrol and Diesel Prices Drop for February 2026: New Rates Announced
QatarEnergy has officially announced a significant reduction in fuel costs across the nation for February 2026. This monthly rebate is a relief to the motorists since there has been a downward adjustment on the rates of all types of fuel than in January. The ruling is in line with the transparent pricing system that exists within the country whereby domestic prices are adjusted to the international market changes. This reduction of these costs enables the government to maintain economic stability amongst the citizens as well as the business community. These revised values are applicable to all the pumping stations in the location, the new trends in the global energy consumption, and provide the region with competitive access to the supply of energy.
New February 2026 Fuel Rates
According to the most recent update, the price of the Premium-grade petrol is fixed at QR 1.80 per litre. Now, the cost of Super petrol goes at QR 1.85 a litre to users. Moreover, the price of the Diesel has reduced to QR 1.90 per litre. These are relatively lower than the prices of the last month, and the prices are more acceptable to the daily commuters and logistics. for more news updates, visit our Gulf Independent News page.
