Indian hospitality technology company OYO Hotels is adding 2,000 fully furnished apartments in Abu Dhabi to meet the rising demand for accommodation in the emirate.
The apartments, managed by OYO Life, will be situated in areas such as Khalifa City, Al Zeina, Al Raha, Al Reem Island, Al Reef, and Al Mushrif.
Some units will be located in popular tourist destinations like Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace, Etihad Towers, Louvre, Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld.
OYO Life offers ready-to-move-in accommodations for long-term rental, targeting professionals who need fully managed housing solutions.
The company plans to provide a range of services to residents, including laundry, food, cleaning, transportation, groceries, discounted furnishings, and home appliances.
The move comes amid a surge in Abu Dhabi’s startup ecosystem and increasing incentives like the Golden Visa program, which have attracted over 25 prominent companies to the city.

With the addition of 2,000 apartments, OYO aims to enhance its presence in Abu Dhabi and offer more options to expats seeking long-term stays. The company plans to strategically locate the apartments in business districts and popular tourist spots.
