16 countries take to the sand this February to decide beach soccer’s next champion. Dubai is hosting the 12th edition of the Fifa Beach Soccer World Cup from February 15 to 25, inviting the biggest names to deliver the very best that the discipline has to offer.

Takuya Akaguma, Catarino, Chiky, Edson Hulk, Marco Giordani, the Martins twins, Raoul Mendy, Moslem Mesigar, Walid Mohammad, Ozu Moreira, Lucas Ponzetti, Rodrigo and Heimanu Taiaru are among the stars who are looking to light up the tournament.

The participating teams at this year’s edition include Iran, Japan, Oman, the UAE, Egypt, Senegal, the US, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Tahiti, Belarus, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Egypt and Colombia are making their first-ever appearance, and the hosts, their eighth.
