Eid al Fitr 2025 dates confirmed: It Is OFFICIAL

The UAE moon sighting committee has officially confirmed the Eid al Fitr 2025 dates. The major UAE public holiday is set to begin on March 30 (Sunday). Therefore, March 29 (Saturday) is officially the last date of Ramadan.
People in the UAE are getting four days off this Eid 2025, including Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The committee noted the crescent moon today. It means March 29 is the final day of the month of fasting.
Eid al Fitr celebrates the end of Ramadan and marks the beginning of another month in the Islamic Hijri calendar. This calendar depends on the cycles of the moon, unlike the Gregorian calendar – based on the sun.
