Introduced in the opening ceremony of the 2026 Bahrain Championship at the Royal Golf Club, the deal guarantees the tournament will continue to feature on the world calendar at least through to 2036. This ten-year promise demonstrates the increased role of the country in elite sports and its intention to create long-term relationships with sports.
