Kuwaiti Racer Ali Makhseed Wins Qatar Drift Championship 2024-2025

Kuwaiti drifting sensation Ali Makhseed has been declared the Qatar Drift Champion of 2024-2025, after a breathtaking performance in round five which took place in Doha. The championship hosted by the Qatar Racing Club (QRC) was carried out over five rounds and starting from October 2024 to April 2025.

Makhseed’s path to the title started with a win in the first round laying down a positive marker for the season. Despite coming up against strong competition from regional prospects such as Salem Al-Sarraf and Ali Al-Jabsheh, Makhseed put in consistent displays throughout the series. His dominating win in the last round clinched his top position on the leaderboard.

Speaking in a statement to KUNA following his early victory, Makhseed thanked the Qatar Racing Club for organizing the event and dedicating the win to Kuwait and its auto racing fans.
