MEFCC 2026 Abu Dhabi: Tickets, Dates, Celebrity Lineup and Transport Options

The Middle East Film & Comic Con 2026 will mark the introduction of films, anime, games, comics, cosplay and pop culture in Abu Dhabi. The event was originally scheduled for April 2026, but has been moved to the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, September 11 to 13, 2026.

Featuring major international celebrities, creator panels, cosplay competition and interactive attractions, MEFCC is expected to provide you with 3 days of fun for all the members of your family.

MEFCC 2026 Dates and Timings

VIP access to the festival will start at 2pm with the basic entry at 3pm and it all happens on Friday, September 11, until dawn. Saturday and Sunday will be open from 12pm to 11pm, allowing people to fully enjoy the festival.

They feature celebrity panels, a trading card game tournament, the panoramic cosplay competition, short-film awards, creator sessions and meet and greet events.

MEFCC Ticket Prices

There are several categories to purchase advance online tickets for MEFCC 2026. Friday, Sunday passes cost AED 160 and a Saturday pass is AED 190. The weekend pass is available for 3 days for AED 390.

Children 0-6 will be free with an adult while the child pass for 0-6 costs AED 50 at the door. Student passes are available for online registration and can go up to AED 100, depending on the student. As of the time of writing, VIP tickets would sell out of the information provided.

MEFCC Celebrity Lineup

There are a ton of entertainment stars and they will be a big part of MEFCC 2026. Known characters include; John Cena, Simu Liu, Mackenyu, Pom Klementieff, Jacob Romero, Charithra Chandran, Joonas Suotamo and Arden Cho.

The event will also feature participatory activities such as a chance for comic fans to “connect” with creators like Jim Cheung, Brett Breeding, Federico Vicentini, Dexter Soy, and Ken Lashley, who will all participate in comics panels.

How to Reach ADNEC?

Existing shuttle bus service between Dubai and Al Barsha is provided by the official inter-Emirate shuttle service (September 2), according to information provided. Public buses (040, 044, 101) are available for Abu Dhabi visitors to use as well.

Adventists may come to ADNEC via main roads in Abu Dhabi, where their vehicles will be parked at Car Parks A or B, as well as taxi/ride-hail stations around the venue.
