Qatar F1 and MotoGP 2026: Dates, Venue and What Fans Need to Know

Lusail International Circuit (LIC) is hosting Qatar’s next big motorsport season in 2026 with the 2026 MotoGP Qatar Airways Grand Prix and Formula 1 Qatar Airways Grand Prix both set for the venue. These two events will be high-tech floodlit, under the stars of Lusail.

The two weekends will be particularly attractive for international visitors and motorsport fans visiting the city of Doha and Lusail for both top-tier racing and exploring the city. The essentials for fans to know: dates, tickets, transport, and what to expect on race day.

Qatar MotoGP 2026: Dates and Ticket Options

The Dh, UAE, circuit at Lusail will host the 2026 Qatar Grand Prix of MotoGP Nov. 6-8. Practice will kick off Sunday the 6th of November, and then qualifying on Monday the 7th will follow, culminating in the Sprint Race that will take place on Monday the 7th of November. The general Grand Prix is on November 8th.

Three-day General Admission and access to the Main Grandstand begins to start at around QAR 200, as per event information provided. Fans can also enjoy access to the Lusail Hill viewing area, with hospitality packages ranging from around QAR 2,500 to QAR 7,000+ that include access to elite hospitality, catering and pit-lane services.

Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix 2026

In November, F1 will be back at Lusail with the Qatar Grand Prix set to take place November 27-29th 2026. Planned activities for both practice and qualifying are Nov. 27, with the Sprint and qualifying Nov. 28. Main race on November 29.

New General Admission tickets for Lusail Hill decide on in regards to QAR 600 for three days. The different stages of grandstand viewing – Main, North and T16 – can be viewed for around QAR 1,500 to QAR 2,800, or Paddock Club hospitality is approximately QAR 18,000+ each.

Getting to Lusail International Circuit
