The Qatar Toy Festival 2026 returns to Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC) giving families around Qatar and the GCC one more reason to celebrate the summer. The festival, part of Visit Qatar’s Hala Summer campaign, is hosted on over 22,000 sq meters, showcasing some of Qatar’s most popular brand toys, live entertainment, games and interactive experiences, for all ages.

The festival runs until 31st July, 2026 and will be a wonderful family day out, especially as it’s a comfortable, air conditioned escape from the summer heat, bringing together children, teens and playmates for fun.

Event Timings and Ticket Prices

Visitors come to the festival every afternoon during the festival. The doors are open Saturday evening until Wednesday evening at 2:00 PM, Thursday and Friday are open longer until 11:00 PM.

The general admission tickets go for QAR 50 which gives access to all the main play areas and stage show. A reduction in waiting time for popular facilities will be possible when visiting Abu Dhabi through the intermediate purchase of Fast Tracks tickets (between QAR 150 and QAR 300) and Gold Passes (between QAR 275 and QAR 300). Free admission to children under 2 years.

There are various theme zones for the festival so everyone in the family will have something fun for them.

This Preschool & Toddler World are aimed at the younger ones, with popular characters such as CoComelon, Peppa Pig, Bluey & Barney included. There are interactive storytelling sessions, soft play areas and musical activities for toddlers creating a safe environment for them to enjoy activities.

Home to Barbie, L.O.L. Surprise, Rainbow High and Disney Princesses, Creative & Fashion Avenue is a destination for creative minds. From life size doll-houses to make over stations, youngsters will be able to enjoy make-up experiences, discover about fashion, and take part in craft workshops.

If you are looking for something more action, the Action, Heroes & Speed Zone features Hot Wheels, Transformers, Marvel and Nerf. The visitors can drive mini cars, play Nerf games and have their photos taken against towering Transformers displays.

Gamers and teens can join a range of popular franchise games such as Naruto, Dragon Ball, Pokémon, PlayStation and others in the arcade games, console gaming stations and most importantly the competitive tournaments at the Anime, Gaming & E-Sports Hub.

The Spacetoon Main Stage is at the center of the festival and offers daily live acts, characters and musical shows to keep the entire family entertained all day long.

Getting to DECC

This festival is at Doha Exhibition & Convention Center at West Bay. The easiest mode of transport to the venue is the Doha Metro Red line, where you can access the exhibition center entrance side by side the DECC station. Public transport would be a convenient option to commute to work during peak hours.

The venue is also perfect for those who will be taking their young guests and has a spacious (walkway) layout, pram friendly and there are dedicated pram car park spaces throughout the exhibition halls.

Helpful Tips Before You Visit

Visitors are advised to book online for their visits through Visit Qatar or Virgin Megastore to avoid long queues. The heaviest traffic is likely to occur on the weekends and during evening sessions, so arrive early to get the most out of festival time.

Wearing comfortable shoes is also advised, as it may take hours to see all the attractions and entertainments in every zone.
