The recent telephone call between Iranian FM Shaheed Abbas Araghchi and Kuwait’s Foreign Minister S.Y.H Jarir Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah has reflected the readiness of both countries to pursue open communication even in the midst of delicate times.
