Don’t Get Scammed: The Only 3 Verified Ways to Book Hajj 2026 as the Nusuk Portal Faces Record Traffic

Hajj 2026 booking guide

With Hajj 2026 approaching, there is a tremendous demand for packages worldwide. With a Nusuk Hajj portal experiencing record traffic, many of the top dollar packages are already sold out as are some economy straits. Social networking sites, meanwhile, are abounding with phony “on the spot” Hajj deals that snare distressed pilgrims.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia has now issued a new statement to endorse the importance of Abdul and avoiding unofficial bookings. The authorities have stated that there are no bookings of the WhatsApp, no un-authorised permits nor backdoor Hajj visas for the season of 1448 AH.

Nusuk Hajj Portal is the Main Official Booking Channel

For the majority of foreign pilgrims the Nusuk Hajj platform is the sole officially authorized gateway for booking on pilgrimage. Pilgrims have to upload documents to their online profile, and pass verification to avail Hajj packages.

Users are directly allowed to select subscriptions by authorized service providers from the Saudi Kingdom. The Ministry has also announced that all payments will be made at the official Nusuk wallet or the approved digital banking services available in the wallet.

If a travel agent wants direct bank transfer or personal payments outside of Nusuk, he should be taken as a suspicious travel agent and the request must be denied immediately.

Domestic Pilgrims Must Use Official Saudi Platforms

Saudis and legal residents within the Kingdom can book separately. Pilgrims wishing to make domestic pilgrimage should register on the official website of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the Nusuk app in the category of ‘Domestic Pilgrims’.

This new domestic system of 2026 provides various service packages for varying levels of accommodation and transport. The police have cautioned the public not to rely on the cheap packages which are being offered on social media and unlicensed websites being advertised as “economy” packages.

All permits are connected electronically to Absher and Tawakkalna accounts and thus the absence at the holy sites does not have bearing on the validity of the permit.

Licensed Travel Offices Still Operate in Selected Countries

Nusuk integration is not completely available in some countries and in Saudi Arabia, certified Hajj missions and trusted travel agents are still in operation.

Before paying for a travel company, a pilgrim should check with the Ministry from the list of licensed service providers contained in the official database. The legitimate agencies will provide a QR code confirmation of Hajj issued by Saudi authorities.

The pilgrims may be refused travel entry or access if they fail to present this permit with QR code on arrival in Saudi Arabia.

Why Fake Hajj Deals Are Increasing in 2026?

The rush to get a seat in Hajj has opened the door to an online scam. Many frauds are operating with false VIP packages and guaranteed approvals, promoting these through WhatsApp, Telegram and on social media platforms.

Saudi authorities note that there are no short-cuts in the Nusuk queue. Anyone offering guaranteed places or quicker approvals other than through the official system is at fault.

It is highly recommended that pilgrims do not disclose Nusuk passwords, OTPs or passport information to anybody that says that they are providing him/her with “technical support”.

Important Tips Before Booking Your Hajj Package

To prevent a “jar of time” when pilgrims enter the Nusuk system, they are required to have all the necessary documents before entering the system. If you go to the portal at night, for instance, around 3:00 AM Makkah time, you can still have a better chance of having packages that are fresh.

It is also essential for travelers to ensure that all their bookings have a valid QR code for Hajj connected to Saudi systems. The verification with QR code is now required for entry to Makkah, Mina and Madinah for Hajj 2026.

The verified booking channels are now the best and safest way to pilgrimage legally.
