In a significant achievement for the country, the UAE in the Middle East has become the premier choice for international professionals seeking employment visas, according to Global HR platform Deel’s Annual Global Hiring Report.

The development signifies a major progress for the GCC nation, solidifying its status as a prominent global business hub and a magnet for skilled individuals across the globe. Following the UAE, the Netherlands, Singapore, France and the UK also ranked high.

Deel reflects UAE’s dynamic and innovation-led nature

The Global Hiring Report has been prepared based on a comprehensive analysis of data and insights derived from scores of global contracts spanning 160 countries. It provides reliable information on hiring trends and economic growth. Read on.

The report highlighted that the UAE, France, India, Turkey and the UK have emerged as the top destinations for Emirati recruiters, underscoring the UAE’s dedication to nurturing a diverse and vibrant multinational workforce, reported Middle East Economy.

Deel also noted that financial services, IT and services, computer software, marketing and advertising, and management consulting are the leading industries attracting international talent to the UAE and driving the notable growth.

Furthermore, the most coveted positions within the UAE economy include software engineer, management consultant, content manager, influencer marketing manager and strategy director, reflecting the dynamic and innovation-led nature of the Emirates.

UAE’s “diverse and multicultural workforce” is an asset

The findings underscore the “UAE’s remarkable transformation into a global business hub,” said Tarek Salam, head of Expansion at Deel. The country’s efforts are “clearly resonating with international professionals and solidifying its position as a top hiring destination.”

Salam further mentioned: “The UAE’s diverse and multicultural workforce is its greatest asset,” noting the Gulf state is positioning itself for continued economic growth and success by attracting and retaining the notable number of international workers.
