5 simple steps to request cancellation of UAE travel ban order

The United Arab Emirates has announced tightening of its visa related regulations and has made a rule applicable to visit visa applicants that they need to purchase their two-way tickets at the same airline beforehand along with a cash in hand of minimum 3000 AED during the visit. If these instructions are not followed, the person can get a ban issued against them by the UAE immigration departments. 

The bans can also be issued to the individuals if they do not pay up their loans, instalments and credit cards bills. This has been the first time that the UAE has taken such a drastic measure. 

Steps of online ban cancellation Request.

If a person wanting to visit UAE gets the ban s/he can apply online for ban cancellation in these five simple steps. 

  1.  Visiting the ministry of Justice and logging into UAE pass. If not a regular user, one needs to register themselves by creating an account.
  1. After logging in, the person needs to check for ‘cancellation request travel ban order’. After going to that section, he or she needs to find out the Case Management Tab and click it.
  1. After clicking the tab, we can view the cases registered against the persons.
  1. After seeing details of the case, requests for cancellation can be done on each case. The process is to fill out the form and the details at each step.
  1. And the last step is to pay the amount and clear the dues. After that you will get the ban cleared. 

According to the Ministry of Justice, this service would take a processing time of five days. A person needs to file the documents to support the ban cancellation requests and deal with the other formalities as required. 

New system for tracking and cancellation.

The Judicial Authority has adopted a new system that monitors all the decisions. It disapproves these decisions on the ground of failure to pay the amounts automatically as it is electronically controlled.
