You do not need a gym membership to stay active. Simple movement is enough. A daily walk, light stretching, or using stairs instead of elevators can help your heart, muscles, and joints.
In the GCC, early morning or evening walks are best to avoid the heat. Even 20–30 minutes a day can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and joint problems.
2. Eat Simple, Balanced Meals
Long life is closely linked to what we eat. Try to include more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins in your meals. Reduce processed food, sugary drinks, and excessive fried items.
Traditional home-cooked meals, eaten in moderation, are often healthier than fast food. Drinking enough water is also important, especially in hot climates.
3. Sleep Is Not a Luxury

Strong relationships support a longer life. Spending time with family, friends, and community helps reduce loneliness and improves mental health.
