In an ongoing commitment to supporting the people of Gaza, the UAE recently sent tonnes of humanitarian aid – a generous contribution from HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the “Mother of the Nation” – through the Rafah border crossing in Egypt.
The effort included 175 trucks carrying more than 2,400 tonnes of humanitarian aid, including food supplies, children’s nutritional supplements, medical supplies, dates, shelter tents, clothing and other essential items, as per official media reports.
