Trump Tower gets 1,150ft building permit in Dubai – Eric Trump Commends UAE.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai is planned as an establishment and was unveiled in collaboration with Dar Global. The luxury establishment recently came into focus as Eric Trump hailed UAE’s reliability and focus on speed and integrity in approving real estate on Wednesday. 

The Trump International Tower got its building permit within a month after it was announced as Eric Trump stated, “There is no bureaucracy here, If they love an idea, if it’s a good idea, a smart idea, they say yes. We got permits for a building that’s 1,150 feet tall, with the highest swimming pool anywhere in the world, in one month, because they love the concept. They love the idea and they were willing to say yes”, comparing UAE with Europe. 

Attending the Token2049 event in Dubai at Madinat Jumeirah, Eric Trump, the Vice President of Trump Organization addressed the country’s attitude towards flourishing potential luxury real estate. Speaking with Gulf Business, Eric Trump described the country’s goals as, “Big aspirations, smart people, monumental capital and mega projects. It’s genuinely exciting to be part of.” He also noted how thriving real estate is in Dubai saying, “Dubai is a global destination that shares our vision for iconic development, and we’re proud to expand the Trump brand in one of the most dynamic cities on earth.”, as reported by Khaleej Times.

Trump International Tower is an 80 floor Trump Members – Only establishment that will feature the world’s highest swimming pool. The 1,150ft building is one of the expected luxury real estate buildings planned in the near future of Dubai’s architectural real estate calendar. Set to be rising in Downtown Dubai that overlooks the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea at the Sheikh Zayed Road.
