T20I Tri-Series: Pak, Afg, UAE Start Aug 29

Cricket fans are in for a treat, as Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the UAE will be competing in a T20I tri-nation series, starting August 29 in the UAE. Sources report that the tri-series will take place entirely in Sharjah at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, a renowned venue for its atmosphere and excitement. The tri-nation series will include seven matches, which will allow Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the UAE to play quality cricket before the next Asia Cup in September. Beyond the tri-series, the Pakistan national team is expected to stay in the UAE and participate in the Asia Cup, which is a great opportunity to warm up for the series.

Even better, the Pakistan Cricket Board’s selection committee is expected to announce squads for the tri-nation series and the Asia Cup at the same time to aid with selections and reduce last-minute changes.
