Manchester City Abu Dhabi Cup 2025: Dates, Venue and Participant Details

The Manchester City Abu Dhabi Cup 2025 is a major youth football tournament that gathers youthful talents from across the world to compete in auspicious and culturally rich surroundings. The event is organized by the Manchester City Football Club aiming at providing budding footballers an avenue to showcase their skills, compete with others and feel the unique atmosphere of Abu Dhabi. 

Venue: Zayed Sports City

The tournament venue will be Zayed Sports City, the region’s top sports and entertainment site. Sophisticated pitches for playing football make this venue an ideal place for such a prestigious event. 

Participant Details:

More than 2,500 boys and girls of different ages will participate in the 2025 Manchester City Abu Dhabi Cup. This tournament opens with 180 teams, its gates to international 22 countries and local teams featuring a colorful mix of cultures where players of all abilities and genders can enjoy this special and authentic Manchester City experience.

The age groups are divided into Under 8, Under 9, Under 10, Under 11, Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15, Under 16, Under 17 and Under 18.

The boys event will see five different age groups while the girls competition will have three. There will be 61 international and more than 30 girls teams taking to the pitch over the weekend of February 15 and 16.

This year, teams will travel to Abu Dhabi from the likes of the UK, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Russia, Belarus and Turkmenistan. Five nations from the GCC will also be represented.
