Khloe Kardashian Supports Tristan Thompson and Amari Mother After His Mom’s Death

Khloe Kardashian, in the season 3 finale of The Kardashians, revealed that her ex Tristan Thompson and his disabled brother Amari have been staying with her following the death of their mother Andrea. She said in a confessional that she’s grateful for being strong enough and brave enough to be a “support system” for someone else. 

The reality TV star recalled Tristan calling her. “I didn’t really understand what he was saying. He was just screaming on the phone, trying to tell me that she’s gone, but I had no idea who was talking about.” Khloe shared that she was really close to Andrea, Tristan’s mother. “We spoke every single day.” 

But then Kim Kardashian tells Khloe that she was ready to have a year to herself, to be free…and now Tristan has moved in with her and his 16-year-old brother as well. Khloe reveals that Tristan’s roof caved in.

Tristan had bought a home near Khloe to be nearer to their two children, True 5 and Tatum 11 months, and was doing construction on the house. “He was able to live there during the renovations, but we had crazy weather for California, extreme rain and Tristan’s roof caved in on his home and caused flooding. So Tristan and Amari are staying at my house now until his home gets fixed.” 

Khloe said it doesn’t mean that Tristan and she are back together. “I love, love, love Andrea and I love Tristan, and I love Amari. This is what family does. Tristan is the father of my kids.” The 39-year-old knows how close Tristan and his mom were. “It’s just heartbreaking. Then to be left with the responsibility of another person, it’s just a lot.”
