Through a CXOs delegation to the UAE on May 3 – 4 this year, Thought Leaders of India attained a major milestone in bolstering relations between Abu Dhabi and New Delhi. The delegation held high-profile discussions with Emirati thought leaders and decision-makers.

The international delegation was the second in a string of global visits organised by the TLOI. It was organised in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) and comprised a number of prominent business leaders and representatives.

Strengthen India-UAE Ties

The visit immensely helped enhance cooperation between the two countries. The delegates engaged in interactive discussions with students, the academy community, and business leaders, facilitating valuable exchanges of ideas.

Reiterating the intent to organise regular delegations for TLOI members in order to further boost business collaboration and knowledge sharing, Rishi Kapoor – Partner and Business Head, Sapphire Connect – underscored the success of their recent international delegations.

Following the massive success of the first Thought Leaders of India delegation to Vietnam, the Mideast nation was chosen as the destination for the visit in May, owing to the strong socio-cultural affinity between India and the UAE.

Emirates’ Warm Hospitality And Invaluable Support

One of the highlights of the UAE visit was the Abu Dhabi – India CXO Round Table, chaired by Dr Tayeb A Kamali, Chairman of the Board at the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM). The pivotal event offered a unique opportunity for thought leaders of both countries to exchange ideas and identify sectors for mutual growth.

Speaking to the media on their return, Kapoor highlighted the visit would not have been possible without ADCCI’s cooperation, heart-warming hospitality, and invaluable support. He expressed his gratitude to Saeed Sultan Aldhaheri, Board Member, ADCCI.
