Coldplay is visiting! The band will only perform in the Middle East once, as part of the tour Music of the Spheres. This is a one-night show in Abu Dhabi scheduled to happen on Saturday, 11 January 2025. It will take place at the Zayed Sports City Stadium that can hold as many as 45,000 people.

Want to go? Here’s how you can get Coldplay concert tickets:

1. This is the message that got airplay; ‘If you would like to be a part of the privileged few to be able to get a copy of Coldplay’s new album, visit Coldplay’s official website on Wednesday, September 25 at noon.’ This is referred to as artist presale.

2. You may also wish to visit the Live Nation Middle East website on Thursday 26 September at noon.

3. Well if you missed those, there is no need to fret. The general sale begins on Friday, September 27, at noon.

But be quick! Many persons wish to go; perhaps the tickets may be out of stock shortly after they are put up for sale.

Coldplay is always fun to watch and I’m sure this time it will be no different. Here’s what you might see:

– Music of the Spheres – Some songs in the album

– Some of the new tracks from the new album titled “Moon Music”

– These are the other hits in the same album that were cut into the past; Yellow, Clocks, – The Scientist, and Fix You.

– End – Fancy features like laser, fireworks, and LED wristbands for the audience

They will have a singer Elyanna to perform before they come on stage. Palestine and Chile are her origins and she dances to both Arab Pop and Latin music. She even shared the stage with Coldplay at Glastonbury in 2024.

Coldplay’s World Tour Success

The Music of the Spheres tour has gone massive! They’ve sold over 10 million tickets globally from the start of the year; which dates back to March 2022.. That is more than any other group has ever sold for a tour, that is if ever a tour was to be considered.

Coldplay does not want to be destructive to the environment. They say this tour produces 59% less pollution than their last large-scale tour in 2016 and 2017. They have also supported the planting of over 9 million trees to try and counterbalance the effect they have on the tour.

Mark Your Calendar!

So if you are a Coldplay fan in UAE or any of the neighboring countries this is a golden opportunity to watch them live. It is going to be quite a music feast and enjoyment. It’s time to get ready to sing, dance, and listen to one of the biggest bands in the world in Abu Dhabi!
