Once again, Dubai is leading the world in its trends—this time it is food and tech. WOOHOO is the name of the new restaurant soon to open at Kempinski The Boulevard and featuring the world’s first AI-powered chef, Chef Aiman. Chef Aiman, developed by UAE startup UMAI, can create recipes, make ingredient suggestions, assist in cooking instructions, and also learn through real-time feedback when they are provided by chefs. He is supposed to assist chefs, not replace them.

The WOOHOO menu will combine Japanese, Mexican, and Peruvian food to highlight how artificial intelligence deals with complex flavor profiles and the blending of cultures.

WOOHOO will be a unique dining experience that is not just a meal but will include digital art, ambient lighting, a one-of-a-kind dining setting with pull-down screens, and private spaces with views of Burj Khalifa.
